Officers arrested three men and seized hundreds of pounds of pot at the Gallup port of entry last week, according to New Mexico State Police. The Albq Journal is reporting the busts were made during three separate stops on Oct. 29, Oct. 30 and Nov. 1. The drivers were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. October 29th, officers found 93 pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a safety inspection of a commercial motor vehicle. The next day, officers seized 491 pounds of marijuana inside the trailer of a commercial motor vehicle. November first, officers found 146 pounds in the commercial motor vehicle.
